We use a combination of independent research and client workshops to discover who you are, who your audience is and what you are trying to say as a business. We will use this to help create informed design products, stunning visuals that get your message out there.
So What's The Plan?

DISCOVERY
To represent who you are as a business through your brand identity, first, we must understand who you are. What is the narrative?
We conduct independent research before the client's workshops to better understand the current perception of your business image and online presence. Then, through client workshops, we test our findings. We use this to discover who you are and what you want to achieve through this process.
We then produce a Brand Strategy & Creative Direction. This document will outline the conclusions of the discovery stage. Your business values and goals that you wish to represent through the design, as well as an analysis of the target audience, problems/solutions and competitors.
The conclusion of this document will guide the vision for your band, which will include design solutions, mood boards and the brand direction.

VISION
We will produce the agreed-upon design products for your brand based on the guidelines set out in the brand strategy and creative direction.
We believe it is better to produce one, fully developed design strategy than to flood the client with too many options during the early design stages.

DESIGN
Once the design is completed, we will produce a Brand Presentation. This can be presented during a workshop or sent to you directly. This document will show your full brand identity suite, with all produced design products, as well as our process and research conclusions that informed the design.
We then take your feedback from the presentation and have two rounds of revisions to make appropriate changes where needed.

CRITIQUE
Once the work has been signed off, we will package the files and make them available for you to download. This will include all the design assets, Brand Guideline documentation, all presentation documents and any other relevant files.

We do not currently offer a package for just a logo. A stand-alone logo, without consideration of your business's narrative or other design visuals, just isn't the potential asset that it could be. We work with you to create a brand identity that will allow you to get the most out of your business image and branding.

What is a brand identity suite?
A brand identity suite is the collective name for all the design assets that identify your business to consumers. This includes, but is by no means limited to, logos, logo marks, icons, typography, colour choice and patterns. To create a brand identity suite for you, we need to get to know your business's narrative and specific design needs, as no two businesses have the same needs.
What are the costs?
The cost of a brand identity package in the UK can vary widely. This is due to the many different factors, from the size of the design studio to the complexity of the client's needs. We are priced competitively with small businesses in mind. The costs of the project and invoicing will be completely clear before the onboarding process.
How involved will I be in the design process?
There are several stages in our design process where your input is vital. The initial discovery stage and the design revision meetings. Past this, we are happy to work with you through the process, with you being as involved or hands-off as you want to be.
How long will our project take?
The core package takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete, however, we do our best to work around you and your business needs. So, depending on the complexity of your branding needs and your availability, the timeline can vary. The project timeline will be clearly explained and approved by you before the project starts.

A touchpoint is anything that allows a customer or potential customer to interact with your business. These touchpoints are a representation of your business and brand. Customers will use these to form their opinions about who you are as a business. So, a consistent and clear message is crucial.
